What should I do if my article has a defect ?
If you have noticed that the item you bought in one of our stores or on the site, is defective after normal use, firstly, please go to the store with your product.
If you have already been to the store, you can contact us via the contact form.
For your request to be processed as quickly as possible, please provide photos of your item, your proof of purchase and your full contact details.
If the manufacturing defect is proven, our team will come back to you with the procedure to be followed.
